Welcome to Nature’s Vibe Beach Resort! We aim to provide you with a memorable and pleasant stay.

To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, please review the following terms and conditions:

Booking and Check-in Policies

Reservations:

All bookings are subject to availability. Advance booking is recommended to secure your stay.
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

Check-in/Check-out Times:

Check-in: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Identification:

All guests must provide valid government-issued photo identification upon check-in.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made:

48 hours prior to arrival: Full refund of the booking amount (if prepaid).
Less than 48 hours prior to arrival: One night’s tariff will be charged as a cancellation fee.
No refund will be provided for no-shows or early departures.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Child Policy
Children under the age of 6 stay free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
Children aged 6–12 will incur a nominal charge for an extra bed or services.
Children above 12 years are considered adults and will be charged accordingly.

Extra Bed Policy
Extra beds are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
Only one extra bed is allowed per room.

General Resort Policies
Pets: Pets are not allowed within the resort premises.
Damage: Guests are liable for any damage to resort property caused during their stay.
Noise: Guests are expected to maintain decorum and avoid excessive noise that may disturb other guests.

Pool Use:
Proper swimwear is required for pool use.
Children must be supervised at all times.

Smoking: Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
Outside Food and Beverages: Outside food and alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the resort.
Liability

Nature’s Vibe Beach Resort is not responsible for:

Loss or damage to personal belongings.
Delays, cancellations, or modifications caused by unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters, power outages, or emergencies.

Payment Terms
Accepted modes of payment: Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, and Bank Transfers.
Taxes and service charges as applicable will be added to the final bill.

Privacy
All personal information provided during booking will be kept confidential and used solely for reservation purposes.
